Day 1: Opening ceremony officiated by H.E Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, former president of Tanzania, accompanied by relevant ministers. Keynote speeches, and panel discussions on the importance of PPPs and innovative financing for water security. Day 2: Officiated by the Minister of Water. Presentations on successful PPP case studies, and workshops on structuring and implementing sustainable PPPs. Technical sessions focused on specific innovative financing models. Day 3: Presided by Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Water. Closing ceremony officiated by the Minister of Water.
